1-Month Wedding Package

For the 1-month wedding package, Evodah will be delighted to coordinate with remaining vendors, finalizing contracts, wedding day schedule/timeline, any emergencies and directing vendors. We welcome inquiries from all individuals and aim to provide respectful and professional service to everyone. However, our primary focus is on delivering Christian wedding planning services.

Booking Requirement: 6 months prior to event date

    • Coordination of last minute vendors: Secure any last minute vendors 

    • Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with caterers, DJs, photographers, videographers, cake providers, transportation services, etc. 1 month before the wedding date.

    • Timeline Coordination: For the wedding day and rehearsal.

    • 1 Site Visit: For floor plan arrangements and vendor placements.

    • Rehearsal Dinner Arrangements: Evodah will coordinate a restaurant for dinner after rehearsal (no decor included).

    • Event Presence: Coordinators will be available for questions throughout the planning process.
